Children who, despite having potential and hope for a fruitful life, continue to struggle with inadequate food, education, health care and safety. Kenya's president says blogger died 'at the hands of the police' Ojwang was arrested for allegedly defaming a deputy police chief online and died under suspicious circumstances, with autopsy findings indicating signs of assault. The Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) has launched an investigation, and five officers have been identified in connection with the incident. This incident underscores the delicate balance between upholding national security and protecting the fundamental right to freedom of expression.  While security policies are essential to maintain public order, they must not be used as tools to suppress dissent or intimidate individuals expressing their views.
